A year after escaping the horrors of Ariel Castro's Seymour Avenue home, Michelle Knight sat down with NBC's Savannah Guthrie an interview that aired on Sunday May 5th 2014 edition of "Dateline." It was her first national prime-time interview, although a two-part interview with her was aired on the syndicated "Dr. Phil" show in November.
The interview shed even more light into the horrific captivity Knight, Amanda, Berry, Gina DeJesus, endured for more than a decade by the late Ariel Castro.
To see the 33 year old Knight on TV is testament to the fact miracles and blessings do come to fruition.
I did notice once odd thing in the interview. Charles Ramsey was not mentioned at all. Knight's account of Berry's now famous escape credits Berry with making the 911 call with no indication of Charles Ramsey being present.
I'm curious. Why is that? Did I miss something over the pass year? Has Charles Ramsey been discredited or something? If you can shed the light on this please do in the comment section of the blog.
